Farmers & Artisans is excited to announce the return of Cooking Classes! Our chef, Christine, creator of our prepared foods menu, is offering three hands-on classes with skills to utilize in your home kitchen. As always, we’ll use local, seasonal ingredients to create simple, delicious foods together.
Join us for this fun and informative series. Sign up for one, two or all three classes. Attend all three and receive a $20 gift card to Farmers & Artisans at the final class for future purchases.

Learn how to chop, peel and dice vegetables to create two seasonal soups. Gain a better understanding of seasoning & flavor balancing. Bring home a quart of soup to enjoy.

Demystify handmade dough and make pizza and focaccia topped with our amazing local ingredients. Take home your own personal pizza.
Soft Cheeses and Lacto-Fermenting – Tuesday, May 7, 6:30-8:30pm
To celebrate spring, we will craft simple fresh cheeses from our grass-fed dairy and use the whey to lacto-ferment seasonal vegetables. Leave with a jar of fermenting veggies.
