We have put together a Mixed Meat Box filled with delicious local beef, poultry and pork. An assortment for breakfast, lunch and dinner. It’s a great time to think about stocking up your freezer for the colder months ahead!

The certified grass fed Jersey beef is raised at Plato Dale Farm
in Arcade.


Minimally processed, without the use of preservatives or other artificial ingredients, Murray’s Certified Humane Chicken is raised without the use of antibiotics, growth drugs or hormones. Murray’s chickens have plenty of access to fresh air and sunlight.


Red Gate Grocer out of Ithaca offers quality meats from small, local farmers. Their sliced bacon is uncured with no nitrates or nitrites.


The Piggery ham is made with all natural pastured pork. Nitrate free, thin-sliced, small-batch deli-style ham. Ingredients: Pork, water, sea salt, celery powder
Our breakfast sausage is made in house, by John Kudla from Avenue Boys Sausage, using local ground pork with no hormones or antibiotics.
