Enjoy the ease of our 13-week milk share with weekly pick-ups. Offered in gallon, half gallon and quart sizes for the non-homogenized whole milk, and gallon and half gallon of reduced-fat (approx. 2%) milk. The milk comes from a herd of Jersey cows from Ithaca Milk, that are pasture raised and not treated with any hormones or antibiotics. The whole milk is low-temp pasteurized and non-homogenized, preserving nutrition that is lost with ultra-pasteurization and homogenization. The low-fat milk will continue to be homogenized.
