We’ve put together a Mixed Meat Box for late August filled with delicious local beef, chicken & pork. A variety of cuts for Labor Day Weekend grilling, back to school meals and football parties!
- Plato Dale Farm, in Arcade, is providing the flavorful 100% grass fed beef.
- Murray’s Chicken is naturally raised and antibiotic free.
- Red Gate Grocer, out of Ithaca, offers quality pork from small, local farmers. Their sliced bacon is uncured with no nitrates or nitrites.
- Brooklyn Cured no nitrate meats are from pasture raised animals, fed without antibiotics.
- We’ve added Vermont Uncured Smoked Pepperoni this time – perfect for pizza making & cheese plates

Vermont Smoke & Cure – Pepperoni (6 oz.)
*Beef and chicken will be frozen.
Order deadline: Monday, August 21!
Pick up date: Thursday, August 24, from 8am-6pm.
