This Week’s Seafood Order: Striped Bass from Crisfield, MD!

This week we will be offering hook-and-line caught striped bass from Crisfield, MD.  According to Sea to Table, “The population of wild striped bass has rebounded in recent years and is very tightly managed, so this fish is a sustainable option.  In fact, hook & line striped bass is rated a “Best Choice” by both Monterrey Bay & Blue Ocean. Wild striped bass is much larger and more flavorful than the farmed variety that some may be familiar with. It has a rich flavor and large, firm flake. Baking, broiling, sautéing, and grilling are all good preparation methods for striped bass.”
