This week we are offering fresh caught red grouper from Madeira Beach on the Florida Gulf Coast. Grouper is lean and moist with large flakes and a firm texture. Red grouper is slightly sweeter and milder than black grouper and it is considered to be the better of the two. Baking, broiling, frying, grilling, and steaming are all good methods for cooking grouper.
