Our seafood offering this week is Monkfish from Cape Cod. It’s nice and firm but with a very clean taste. Chef Barton Seaver describes Monkfish as “similar to lobster in flavor and texture, it is sometimes referred to as poor man’s lobster. It offers dense, meaty flesh with a lingering sweetness.”

Monkfish – $18.99 /lb.
Skin-off fillets are approximately 1 lb.
