You’ll be making two soups (butternut squash and fall lentil), plus a cabbage & apple coleslaw using our local seasonal produce. The word coleslaw comes from a Dutch term “koolsla” meaning cabbage salad. Inexpensive, easy and very nutritious!
Cost – $40.00 / person (plus tax)
