We are so happy to once again meet together and learn more about our local food, beverage & community!
Join us for a five course honey mead and food pairing event with Tricia and Joe Marshall, owners of Lilly Belle Meads, hosted at Company B, our sister tasting room and market, located at 1250 Niagara St. on Buffalo’s west side.
Mead is an alcoholic beverage made by fermenting honey, water and yeast. We’ll be featuring samples of five meads paired with a local, seasonal menu. Learn about mead production, tasting notes, food pairings and beekeeping.
