With St. Patrick’s Day right around the corner, we are excited to offer a plant-based cooking class using our late winter produce. The class will be taught by Jessica Meyers Altman, plant-based chef and nutritionist. Check out Jessica’s blog – Garden Fresh Foodie.
You’ll be making a three course meal with including cabbage soup, veggie burgers and a mint chocolate chia seed pudding.
