Here is what’s included:Old Chatham Camembert (4oz)
Soft-ripened cheese made from a blend of sheep milk, cow milk, and cream, with a rich creamy buttery texture and mild flavor.
Ithaca Milk Mild Cheddar (6oz)
Raw milk cheese which comes from unpasteurized milk, must be aged for at least 60 days at 35 degrees Fahrenheit or above before it can be released on the market. tastes great on its own or try it in a recipe. It makes a delicious grilled cheese sandwich, mac and cheese, or a great addition to your omelette and tacos!
Jakes Baby Gouda (6oz)
A smooth raw milk traditional Dutch style gouda.
Nettle Meadow Chevré – Honey Lavender (5oz)
Goat’s milk cheese infused with lavender tea mixed with local honey.
Old Chatham Ewe’s Blue (4oz)
Made with 100% sheep milk and aged 90 days, Ewe’s Blue is rich, tangy, sweet and salty flavor. Delicious crumbled on greens or steak.

Our housemade cheese dip using Lively Run Goat Milk Feta and herbs. Amazing with pita chips, cucumbers and our rustic loaf.
