Red Gate Grocer out of Ithaca offers quality meats from small, local farmers. Their sliced bacon is uncured with no nitrates or nitrites.
Olli salami is made from high-quality pork that comes from pasture-raised pigs raised on family farms. Slow-cured, based on old family recipes handed down over four generations, and 100% gluten-free.
Our breakfast sausage is made in house, by John Kudla from Avenue Boys Sausage, using local ground pork with no hormones or antibiotics.
