It’s time for a fall mixed meat box filled with beef, chicken, pork and turkey. The certified grass fed Jersey beef is raised at Plato Dale Farm in Arcade. The pork is from T- Meadow Farm in Newfane – pastured heritage pigs, no hormones or antibiotics.
Minimally processed, without the use of preservatives or other artificial ingredients, Murray’s Certified Humane Chicken is all chicken, raised without the use of antibiotics, growth drugs or hormones, Murray’s Chickens have plenty of access to fresh air and sunlight.
The Piggery Sliced Deli Ham is made with pastured pork, water, sea salt and celery powder. It is sliced and packaged in a convenient 6 oz quantity. We’ve included The Piggery deli style Smoked Turkey as well. Raised at Bluebird Dream Farm in Trumansburg, NY, using non-GMO local grains and pasture. Ingredients are turkey, water and sea salt. That’s it. Great for easy sandwiches. The Piggery hot dogs are made with pastured pork and local beef, these dogs are all natural with no nitrates added except for those naturally occurring in celery powder and sea salt.
Salami is from Olli Salumeria – all natural, slow cured with no hormones or antibiotics. Perfect for entertaining on a cheese plate. Ground turkey is from Stonewood Farm in Vermont – no hormones or antibiotics.
