Snyder, NY – The local harvest season is just around the corner and with that Farmers & Artisans, Western New York’s only local foods retail store, is once again offering vegetable, fruit, and flower shares sourced directly from local farms in Niagara and Erie Counties. The share programs will offer approximately 20 weekly pick-ups of locally grown products beginning in early June through the end of October.

The vegetable shares will include a diverse offering of freshly picked lettuces, onions, beans, beets, cucumbers, peppers, tomatoes, sweet corn, kale, carrots, summer & winter squash, potatoes and more, depending on what is being harvested that week. The fruit shares will begin with a local favorite, fresh juicy strawberries in June and then progress to cherries, blueberries, raspberries, melons, peaches, plums, pears, apples, and grapes.
Now that your table is filled with fresh locally grown produce, the final touch should be a beautiful, vibrant bouquet of fresh cut flowers! Our affordable flower share program provides a lovely bouquet each week that is freshly cut from the fields of local growers. For just $10 per week you can brighten up your home or office.
