We have our popular Brooklyn Slates in stock for the holidays! We happened upon these great slate cheese boards and loved their story and product. Brooklyn Slate Company was started in 2009 creating unique cheese boards using slate from one of the owners’ family quarry in upstate New York. We have 3 sizes of cheese boards plus a set of 4 coasters available. These rustic, all natural slate boards are packaged in a burlap bag with soapstone chalk and anti-slip padded feet. Our Cheese of the Month Club is back for 2016 and just in time for the holidays! Once a month receive a distinctive farmstead cheese (approximately 5oz – 8oz) and a seasonal food or beverage pairing to complement the cheese. We will also provide other food & beverage pairing recommendations with each selection. Perfect for entertaining or for the cheese lover in your life!
