We are happy to announce that we will be selling Butter Block croissants and Danish at Farmers & Artisans on Saturdays.
Chef Colleen makes these delicious pastries here in Buffalo using traditional French technique and high quality ingredients. The butter is imported from France and all flours are un-bleached, un-bromated and artisanal quality. The fruits and produce used in Danish are locally sourced. Both are freshly baked for us on Saturday mornings, so stop by!
